Durum is a very tasty Turkish sandwich . To make this sandwich we need sliced bread . Durum is comprised of doner meat wrapped in slice bread . The wrap is then stuffed with lettuce . tomato , cucumbers and maybe corn .

Tantuni :

This is also a type of sandwich that is mostly cook and found in Mersin . Tantuni actually is a spicy type of Durum that made from slices of beef or lamb . But how to make this food ? first of all the meat is cooked in water and then fried in oil and salt , finally this sandwich serve with pickles , tomatoes , fried onions , green pepper and parsley .

Icli kofte :

Icli kofte is a type of Dolma in Turkey that is very popular .The materials used inside this dolma are very similar to other dolma, the only difference is Icli kofte fried in a lot of oil and its look like a clam . Iskender Kebab:

The Iskender kebab is a popular Turkish food that shares some similarities with the yogurtlu kebab .Iskender kebab is long strips of lamb cooked in tomato sauce and served over rice and pita bread with yogurt . It is named after Master Alexander (Iskender Efendi ) from Ottaman Empire who lived in Bursa. It is made from striped doner meat topped with spice flavorful tomato sauce and butter melted on top . It is a popular food in Turkey that is best have along pita bread .
