- You need to add to 3 tablespoons of oil in pressure pan and heat it on medium flame. Add the bay leaf and cumin seeds and saute for a few seconds until the seeds get the crackle. Then you need to put peanuts and curry leaves, stir it well and fry for a while.
- Add onions followed by the turmeric powder and let it fry for a minute. Now, add the soya chunks and remaining vegetables and fry them for few minutes until it boils well.
- Stir well the vegetables, and then only the added recipes can provide maximum range of taste and flavor to the rice. Now, you need to put the drained rice to the veggies and mix well. Then, add the salt and garam masala with it.
